Two layers of nylon webbing secure the D-Ring to a 840 denier 42-oz. neoprene base. A strip of neoprene covers the nylon, protecting it from UV and abrasions. Colored Pennel Orca is glued on top to complete the patch. D-Rings are stainless steel, and available with 4.5", 6" or 8" patches. (8" patches are good for replacing D-Rings that have been removed because it covers the area of the old patch.)
