The classic 14-footer for paddling, rowing, fishing, and multi-day river trips. The RMR SB-140 is one of the most proven all-around sizes in the lineup. At 14 feet long with 20-inch tubes and a 7'1" width, it gives you the room, stability, and frame space for bigger crews and gear without giving up the responsive handling that makes a whitewater raft fun to run.
The Workhorse of the SB Lineup
The SB-140 is built for the kind of trip where you want to bring more people, more gear, or both. Its 14-foot footprint creates noticeably more usable space than the SB-130 while still staying nimble enough for everyday whitewater use.
RMR positions the SB-140 as a strong platform for paddling, rowing frames, fishing setups, and multi-day expeditions. It is the kind of raft that can spend one weekend running a paddle crew and the next carrying coolers, drybags, and a full frame.
Traditional I-Beam Whitewater Floor
The SB-140 uses a self-bailing I-beam floor for a traditional whitewater raft feel. Welded I-beams form the floor structure while the self-bailing system lets water drain from the boat as you move through whitewater.
This is the 14-foot SB to choose when paddling and conventional whitewater handling are the priority, while still leaving plenty of room for frame and gear use.
Built Around a 4-Bay Frame
Three removable thwarts come standard for paddle-raft use, but the 14-foot platform is especially well suited to a larger rowing setup.
